1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1x game online gaming platform, accessible at 1xgame.win and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 1x game ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 1x game Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English and are addressed to users located in Pakistan. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 1x game Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1x game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Registration Process

To use the full range of services on 1x game, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real name, a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) 1x game account. This policy applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. If multiple accounts are detected that share personal details, payment methods, or device fingerprints, 1x game may merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 1x game Platform is operated with Pakistani users in mind. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location. 1x game does not guarantee that the Platform is legally accessible in every jurisdiction.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1x game login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing prior to the activity occurring.

• You must not share your 1x game login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings.
• You must notify 1x game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 1x game will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1x game accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Cashier page of your account.

4.2 Transaction Currency

All financial transactions on the 1x game Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1x game does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency before settling in PKR, any exchange rate differential is applied by that provider and not by 1x game.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued identity document. 1x game reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to security checks.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Funds derived from unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• 1x game reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1x game offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet awards are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.
• Single Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, payment method, and device.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. This is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 1x game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and cancel related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 1x game is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant betting market pages. The following general provisions apply across all 1x game services.

6.1 Sportsbook & Test Cricket

Bets placed on Test Cricket markets and all other sportsbook events are subject to the sportsbook-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, 1x game applies the relevant governing rules for that sport to determine bet settlement. All PKR wagers are final once confirmed.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

Casino games and live casino tables on 1x game are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or real-time live dealer streams. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel. 1x game is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in an interrupted game session.

6.3 Jackpot Slots

Progressive jackpot games feature prize pools that accumulate over time and can reach significant PKR values. Jackpot wins are awarded randomly and are not influenced by bet size beyond the eligibility threshold stated in each game's rules. In the event of a technical error during a jackpot spin, 1x game's decision on settlement is final.

6.4 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of any software malfunction, technical error, or display error that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome error, or erroneous balance change, 1x game reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. "Void and restore" decisions are final and not subject to further appeal.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1x game Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform outside of the standard browser interface without express written consent from 1x game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or casino games.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to generate guaranteed profit ("arbing" or "error exploitation").
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 1x game for any financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through 1x game support.
• Creating accounts using false personal information, stolen identity documents, or on behalf of another person.
• Interfering with the 1x game Platform's servers, networks, or security systems in any manner.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions, IP-based checks, or account-level restrictions applied by 1x game.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1x game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of 1x game or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to download, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 1x game content without prior written consent.

9 Privacy & Data

1x game collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect registration data, transaction data, and device/session data to operate the Platform and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Your data is never sold to third-party marketing organisations.
• Payment details are processed by your chosen payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) and are not stored on 1x game servers in full card or account number form.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you by contacting our support team.

10 Responsible Gaming

1x game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible via the Account Settings page at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a specified time has passed in a single gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum PKR loss thresholds across a defined period to prevent unplanned overspend.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications that periodically display the duration of your current session and your net PKR position.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1x game and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR winnings due to technical faults not caused by 1x game's gross negligence.
• Loss of data, account access, or session progress due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Any third-party content, software, or services accessible via links from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1x game's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Amendments to Terms

1x game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 1x game Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 1x game account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following final account checks.

13.2 Termination by 1x game

1x game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Age verification failure — confirmed underage access.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful towards 1x game staff or other players.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal conduct, 1x game may freeze account balances pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities. Forfeiture of funds may follow a confirmed finding of prohibited conduct.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the 1x game Platform, you should follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the 1x game support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our English-language team is available 24/7 and will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may request escalation to our senior management team by stating this clearly in your correspondence. Escalated complaints receive a formal written response within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after escalation, both parties may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution processes available under relevant law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 1x game to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1x game regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
